In today’s blog, we are discussing the payment plan of “The Magnus Mall Gulberg Islamabad“.

We have been getting different queries for the payment plan of The Magnus Mall Gulberg, so we decided to discuss the payment plan through our blog post today.

Well, as you know “The Magnus Mall Gulberg” is offering shops on 4 floors with food courts on the 5th floor. There is a double space parking in the basement for around 1800 cars; along with dedicated parking spaces on the above floors for food courts, cinema, restaurants, corporate offices, and penthouses.

As for as the floor plan or price plan is concerned – we have shops starting from 156 square feet. The per square feet rates on each floor are as follows:

Ground level 1 = 55,000 per square feet,

Ground level 2 = 60,000 per square feet,

Ground level 3 = 65,000 per square feet,

1st floor = 50,000 per square feet

Food court = 50,000 per square feet.

For booking, you can go with a 30% down payment in the beginning, and then there would be a monthly installment of 1% of the total price or 4% of the total price if you want to do installments quarterly.

These rates are valid from 15 June 2020 to 15 October 2020 only.
